Research Experience:
Dr. Ain Naadia binti Mazlan aim to become one of the leading researcher on construction management especially in term of human (i.e construction worker) wellbeing. To follow the road map, she started by accumulate as many civil engineering knowledge that she can obtain during her bachelor and masters education. She then continue with her doctorate that focus on noise induced hearing loss among construction workers. She spends one semester in University of Manchester to study more on the hearing loss characteristic. Upon graduation, Dr. Ain Naadia Mazlan currently focus on human comfort factors specifically visual, temperature and acoustic.
